How to use pearl powder?

  1. Pearl powders can be used in transparent and semi-transparent plastic resins to bring charming color and luster. Usually, resins with better transparency can better reflect the unique luster and color effect of such pigment. Such pigment is very common in cosmetic containers, various packaging, toy and decorative materials, many films and other plastic products.
  2. Pearl powder made of natural mica is resistant to high temperature and free from toxins. It is harmless to human body, including skin and eyes. It has diversified colors and is easy to match, thus applicable to the production of lipstick, eye shadow, foundation, liquid eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, nail polish, shampoo, moisturizer, hair spray and other cosmetics.
  3. Pearlescent powder has good dispersibility, physical and chemical properties, which make it popular in paint industry. No matter what type of monochrome coating is mixed with it, the mixture can always become pearlescent coating with impressive pearlescent and metallic luster effect. Such coatings have been applied in many fields, like automobiles, locomotives, daily necessities, and building materials.
  4. Such pigments are strongly decorative. They can be used alone, or mixed with other pigments and added to various types of ink. Then, by screen, gravure, or flexographic printing, they can be turned into pearlescent ink to add elegant candlelight luster and metallic effects to paper, cardboard, wallpaper, plastic, and textile.
