Questions

How are thermochromic paint pigments applied to stone and tile?

Yes, it is possible to use Kingchroma series thermochromic paint pigments mixed into paints and applied as a coating to stone and tile surfaces to create color-changing effects. However, it is important to note that thermochromic paint pigments are not UV or heat resistant. Stones and tiles with thermochromic coatings should not be placed in high heat or outdoor environments, as this can damage the pigments and shorten their lifespan.
